Great options for those who are gluten intolerant! I don't know why other pizza places don't do this. Wheat is so toxic nowadays from the way they strip the nutrients out and process it into oblivion.

I was skeptical at first but when I took the first bite, WOW! My experience here was nothing short of amazing. The staff is eager to help you and they patiently wait for first timers like me to make up their minds on what they want. There are tons of options for people on any kind of eating plan. But the thing that really made the whole experience as good as it was is that the pizza is DELICIOUS. I have never in my life eaten a better pizza, ever; not even in Chicago. It tastes so home made! I came back to El Paso some weeks later after my first visit and I had to go back to Peiology. Amazing, amazing place.
Ashley did an awesome job making our 3 pizzas and cheese bread! Everything was really good and she was super friendly! Enjoyed chatting with her!
Haven’t experienced great service until I came to this Pieology and was served by Aran. He was very attentive and served us with a great work ethic. He was checking to make sure everyone in the line was being attended to, and was knowledgeable on recommendations based off of what’s popular. Definitely made our day better and the experience very enjoyable. We will be back!
Excelente place to eat! But!!!! When you are like 6 to 8 p.m.. the sun got straight to you because there's no window curtains there. They need to fix that. I love all the combinations
